About the author
Virginie is known as the modern-day French Cooking & Manifesting Coach for World-Changers.

She’s the founder of Elle & Gourmande, a company dedicated to transforming lives through learning simple, yet delicious French food by leveraging the power of natural ingredients.

Born and raised in Alsace, France, she’s spent her summers on her grandparents’ organic farms, eating her grandmas Eugenie and Cecile delicious countryside foods. Living a slow life with simple, natural ingredients was normal for her until she travelled around the world and realised the effect of processed foods.

Virginie has since then combined her professional background in chemistry, winemaking, French cooking, and success coaching to help the everyday cook gain more confidence in the kitchen while preparing the yummiest, natural French food, with a ripple effect in their life, and the new generations.

In 2016, she created the first online French cooking coaching program with live video group calls. Since then she has inspired thousands of people from all over the world to come together in her online community, to write a new recipe for their lives by learning how to cook their own delicious French cuisine in a simple and delightful way, with her magic and un petit peu de je ne sais quoi...

She’s the creator of the Eat like a French woman 365 Planner and her first book KISS  French Cuisine will be released in 2023.
